Does HFM have a no deposit bonus in 2026? Based on our verified records — no. The HFM (formerly HotForex) $50 no deposit bonus is marked expired in our Broker & Bonus Matrix, verified June 2026 — yet a search for “HFM no deposit bonus” still returns page after page advertising a live $50 offer. This guide gives you the answer most of those pages won’t: exactly what the offer was, when and how we verified that it ended, why the contradictory claims persist, what HFM actually offers new traders instead, and which no deposit bonuses from brokers we track are genuinely active right now.

Disclosure: forex-bonus.com may earn a commission when you sign up through our links. This never influences our ratings or reviews. Trading forex carries significant risk — most retail traders lose money. See our full affiliate disclosure and risk warning.

Availability note: Forex bonuses are banned for retail clients in the EU (ESMA), UK (FCA), Australia (ASIC), and the US. Everything on this page concerns HFM’s international entity and traders in eligible regions — when it ran, the HFM NDB was limited to select Asian markets, and HFM’s current promotions centre on Africa and South and Southeast Asia per the verified eligible lists in our records.

What the $50 Offer Was (While It Ran)

For readers who arrived from an article promising $50, here is what the promotion actually involved, per our June 2026 Matrix record:

  • $50 in trading credit for new clients in select Asian markets (Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam), with a $100-equivalent JPY version for Japan.
  • Withdrawal conditions: at least 10 positions on Gold or Forex, 4 lots of total volume, all positions closed, and a minimum of $5 profit.
  • A $300 cap on the maximum withdrawal.

Those were middle-of-the-road terms for the NDB market: a modest credit, an achievable volume rule, and a hard profit ceiling. Notably, the offer was never available in HFM’s biggest markets — Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, or India. If you are in Africa or South Asia and saw “HFM $50 bonus” advertised, the offer never applied to your country even when it was live.

Why the Internet Still Says “$50 HFM Bonus”

This is the part most bonus sites skip, and it is the reason this page exists. As of our August 7, 2026 checks, the sources ranking for this query openly contradict each other:

  • ForexPenguin — the source our Matrix cited when marking the offer expired — now states plainly: “This bonus is no longer available,” with an “offer has ended” banner (forexpenguin.com, accessed August 7, 2026). Its page title, however, still reads “$50 Trading Bonus.”
  • BrokersOfForex tags the promotion “Ended” and lists its validity as having run out on June 1st, 2023 (en.brokersofforex.com, accessed August 7, 2026) — suggesting the offer may have ended years earlier than most aggregators admit.
  • Other aggregators (forexing.com, allforexbonus.com) still run pages titled “HF Markets NO Deposit Bonus $50” with no visible expiry notice in search results as of August 2026.
  • Third-party “updated for 2026” pages (e.g. sashares.co.za) no longer describe an NDB at all, instead describing a 50% welcome deposit bonus with a roughly $50 minimum. That offer does not appear in our verified records — treat it as unconfirmed until you see it inside the HFM client area.
  • HFM’s own website could not be re-checked automatically: hfm.com returned HTTP 403 to our automated verification attempt on August 7, 2026, as it has since our June 2026 research cycle. Our HFM offer records are therefore verified against HFM’s official terms-and-conditions PDF documents (which HFM publishes per promotion) rather than live page scrapes.

Put together: the most credible dated sources say the offer is over, the stale ones keep the $50 headline because it earns clicks, and the broker’s site blocks automated confirmation. Our position is the conservative one — we list the HFM NDB as expired until we can verify otherwise, and we date-stamp that claim instead of leaving an evergreen “$50 bonus!” page up. For how to spot recycled offer pages like the ones still ranking, see our guide to fake and expired no deposit bonus listings.

What HFM Offers Instead (Verified June 2026)

HFM remains one of the most promotion-heavy brokers we track — the expired NDB is the exception, not the rule. Three current offers matter most to traders who came here looking for a low-commitment way to start:

Shield 500 — the closest thing to a new-trader safety net

The Shield 500 account is HFM’s welcome offer for first-time depositors in Kenya, Nigeria, and Ghana. Deposit at least $10 within 10 days of registration, and trading losses during your first 25 days are converted into tradable credit, up to $500 in total. Leverage runs to 1:1000 with no commissions, and while the credit itself cannot be withdrawn, profits made with it can be. One honest caveat from our records: the offer’s trading-volume requirement is currently marked [NEEDS-VERIFICATION] in our Matrix — we have confirmed the offer is active (June 2026, from HFM’s official Shield 500 terms PDF) but have not re-verified the exact lot condition, so read the terms document in your client area before counting on specific numbers. This is not a no deposit bonus — your $10+ deposit is real money at risk — but it is the lowest-commitment live offer HFM currently runs.

The Virtual to Real Demo Contest — genuinely deposit-free

If “no deposit” is the part you care about, HFM’s monthly Virtual to Real Demo Contest is the only current route that requires zero funding: free entry, $10,000 in virtual funds at 1:200 leverage, and the top three finishers by percentage gain each month win $2,000 / $1,000 / $500 credited to live accounts. Prize money itself is non-withdrawable, but profits made trading with it are — after 10 standard lots and 50 round-turn trades. Realistic framing: thousands enter, three win. Treat it as practice with a lottery ticket attached, not an income plan.

The 100% Supercharged Bonus — the flagship (deposit required)

HFM’s headline promotion is the 100% Supercharged Bonus: qualifying deposits doubled with bonus credit up to $50,000, plus rebates of $2 per lot on Gold and 0.2 pips per lot on Forex (lifetime rebate cap $8,000). It requires a minimum $250 deposit into a Premium or Islamic account, so it serves a different budget class than an NDB. Verified active in June 2026 against HFM’s official terms PDF.

The full suite — including the 20% Top-Up, the 30% Rescue Bonus, Return on Free Margin, and the Trophy Road loyalty program — is broken down offer by offer, with honest statuses, in our HFM bonus & promotions guide. Offer data also lives on the HFM bonus page, and the broker itself is assessed in our HFM review and Is HFM legit? analysis.

Verified No Deposit Bonuses You Can Claim Today

If you came here for a no deposit bonus specifically, these are the NDB offers in our Matrix with active status — all from brokers that passed our vetting methodology, all verified against broker terms in June 2026:

One geography warning before you pick: these offers do not share HFM’s Africa-heavy footprint. JustMarkets’ $30 excludes Nigeria and South Africa, and Tickmill’s welcome credit carries one of the longest exclusion lists we track — Nigeria, South Africa, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Ghana, and most other core markets are ruled out. XM’s $30 has the widest verified eligible list (including Nigeria, South Africa, India, and Southeast Asia). Check each offer’s country terms before registering.

Full term-by-term breakdowns: XM no deposit bonus, JustMarkets no deposit bonus, Tickmill welcome account, and FBS no deposit bonus. The complete active list, updated as offers change, is in our no deposit bonus pillar guide.

Already Set on HFM? Do This Instead

If HFM is your broker of choice regardless of the NDB — a defensible call given its six-regulator footprint and African market presence — the sensible path is:

  1. Register and check the promotions section of your client area (open an HFM account). HFM’s offers vary by entity and region, and hfm.com’s terms PDFs are the binding source. If a no deposit offer has quietly returned for your country, it will be there.
  2. Start with the smallest viable deposit ($5 minimum — see our HFM minimum deposit guide) and verify the withdrawal process early. Our HFM withdrawal guide documents what normal looks like.
  3. If ongoing value matters more than a one-time credit, compare cashback. Per-lot rebates outlast any bonus — our cashback hub explains how rebate programs at the brokers we partner with pay real, withdrawable cash on every closed lot, and our cashback program page shows the current routes.

Country-specific claiming details for HFM’s active offers are in our HFM India, HFM Malaysia, and HFM Nigeria guides.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does HFM have a no deposit bonus in 2026?

Not according to our verified records. The $50 no deposit bonus (with a $100 JPY-equivalent version for Japan) is marked expired in our Broker & Bonus Matrix, verified June 2026, and our August 7, 2026 re-check of the ranking sources found the credible ones confirming it has ended. HFM’s current promotions — the Shield 500, the 100% Supercharged Bonus, the Top-Up and Rescue bonuses, and its contests — all require a deposit, except the free-entry demo contest.

What was the HFM $50 no deposit bonus?

While it ran, the offer credited $50 to new clients in Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, and Vietnam (Japan received a $100 JPY-equivalent version). Withdrawing profit required 10 positions on Gold or Forex, 4 lots of volume, all positions closed, and at least $5 of profit, with withdrawals capped at $300. It was never available in Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, or India.

Why do some websites still say the HFM $50 bonus is active?

Because expired-offer pages keep earning search traffic, many aggregators leave “$50 no deposit bonus” headlines up long after the promotion ends — one source we checked on August 7, 2026 dates the offer’s end as far back as June 2023, while others still show it with no expiry notice. HFM’s own site also blocks automated verification (HTTP 403), which makes stale claims harder to police. We date-stamp every status claim precisely so you can judge how current our information is.

Can I get anything from HFM without depositing?

The only current zero-deposit route in our records is the monthly Virtual to Real Demo Contest: free entry, $10,000 virtual funds, and $2,000/$1,000/$500 prizes for the top three finishers by percentage gain, with profit withdrawal unlocked after 10 standard lots and 50 round-turn trades. The Shield 500 welcome offer is the next-lowest commitment, but it requires a real deposit of at least $10 within 10 days of registration.

What is the best no deposit bonus alternative to HFM right now?

From our verified-active list: XM’s $30 (10 micro lots, no stated profit cap), JustMarkets’ $30 (5 lots in 30 days, $30 cap), and Tickmill’s $30 welcome credit ($30-$100 profit window). Which is “best” depends on whether you value an uncapped upside (XM), a fast volume target (JustMarkets), or no lot minimum at all (Tickmill). Compare all active offers in our no deposit bonus guide or filter by country in the Bonus Finder.

⚠️ Risk Warning: Forex and CFD trading carries significant risk. Most retail traders lose money. Never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose. Bonus terms can change at any time — always confirm current conditions on the broker’s website before claiming.
